Mechanical Assembler
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler responsible for assembling heat exchangers, subassemblies, and related units. Utilizing drawings, bills of materials, and engineering specifications in an open shop environment, you will ensure all assemblies meet quality standards, tolerances, and specifications. You will also identify or repair non-conforming components as needed. This position involves working at several different stations, primarily stacking and putting together products and metal sheets before they are sent to brazing.
Responsibilities
- Assemble heat exchangers and subassemblies using engineering specifications.
- Ensure all assemblies meet quality standards, tolerances, and specifications.
- Identify and repair non-conforming components.
- Work at various stations, mainly stacking and assembling products/metal sheets.
Essential Skills
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read work instructions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with sheet metal and fabrication.
- Mechanical assembly experience.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously when necessary.

Work Environment
Work in a first shift position from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm in an open warehouse, indoor/outdoor facility. Although there is no air conditioning, multiple industrial-sized fans are provided at every station, along with water and electrolytes. The dress code is casual, and steel-toed boots are required. Collaborate with a team of 20 production workers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dover, NH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
