Position Overview:We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. If you have a passion for caring for others and a commitment to excellence, this is the perfect opportunity to grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) in daily care activities.
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Administer medications, treatments, wound care, IV therapy, colostomy care, and tube feedings.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and document changes, reporting to physicians and families.
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and care planning.
- Ensure all care provided aligns with Pleasant View Center’s high standards.
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
- Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire (or eligibility for NH licensure).
- CPR certification required.
- Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
- Flexible scheduling with 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
