About This Role

The OR Registered Nurse at Wentworth‑Douglas Hospital is responsible for interpreting medical care plans, assessing patients, and providing individualized nursing care in a safe and competent manner. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

• Pay: $32.29 – $62.57/Hourly
• Location: Dover, NH
• Facility: Wentworth‑Douglas Hospital
• Schedule: Full‑Time, Day shift
• Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 (current WDH RN's NOT eligible)

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 year OR RN experience required

  Current RN License in New Hampshire required, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred, Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) preferred, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification (PALS) preferred
