About This Role

The Med/Surg Float Pool RN is responsible for interpreting medical care plans, assessing patients' clinical needs, and providing individualized nursing care in a safe and competent manner. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

• Pay: $32.29 - $62.57/Hourly

  Full-Time, Day shift
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 available for Full time and Part time positions

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' condition.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

Education:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience:

• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current RN License in New Hampshire required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred
• NRP preferred
• PALS preferred
