L&D RN - shift - WDH

About This Role

The L&D RN at Wentworth‑Douglass Hospital is responsible for interpreting medical care plans, assessing patients' clinical needs, and providing individualized nursing care in a safe and competent manner. This role is ideal for nurses who are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

• Pay: $32.29 - $62.57/Hourly
• Location: Dover, NH
• Facility: Wentworth‑Douglass Hospital
• Schedule: Full‑Time, Day shift
• Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 (current WDH RN's NOT eligible)

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

• Education:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience:
  • Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

  • Current RN License in New Hampshire required
  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS preferred
  • NRP preferred
  • PALS preferred
