Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Hampton, NH, in a 1:1 capacity. As a 1:1 RN, you will provide personalized medical care and support to an individual student within our educational setting. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well‑being of a student in a one‑on‑one environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and support to a specific student, ensuring their medical needs are met throughout the school day.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor the student's health status and respond promptly to any changes or concerns.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Hampshire.
• Previous experience working in pediatric or school nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
