• Schedule:
  
  Every other Monday and Wednesday; every Tuesday and Friday along with every other weekend. A mix of shifts 6AM-2:30PM & 2PM-10:30PM

• Monitoring patient health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assisting residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Supporting and collaborating with our nursing team, physicians, and families to ensure optimal care.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire/Compact.
• Proof of completion of all state‑mandated training or completion as soon as possible after appointment.
• Ability to pass a background check.
