We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our 12‑Bed Residential Treatment and Day Program located in Bradford, New Hampshire, specializing in Transitional Housing Services for adults living with severe and persistent Mental Illness.
Responsibilities- Assist the psychiatrist and medical team with planning and implementation of medical and psychiatric nursing care for program participants.
- Provide direct medical and psychiatric nursing care, conduct medical assessments of participants, and maintain medical documentation and record keeping.
- Administer medication and manage the program’s medical supplies.
- Work weekdays in a team environment with minimal on‑call responsibilities to answer medical questions after hours as needed.
- Be or be willing to be a CPR/First‑Aid trainer.
- Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current New Hampshire RN license.
- Experience with the program population is preferred.
