Compensation- Competitive pay based on experience + shift differentials
- May earn up to $49 an hour based on shift and experience
- Sign On Bonus - Full Time: $5,000, Part Time: $2,500
- Per Diem shifts
- Full Time & Part Time Evening Shift: 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M
- Full Time Night
Shift: 7:00 P.M - 7:00 A.M or 11:00 P.M - 7:00

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. As an LPN at Langdon Place of Dover, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting residents' health and comfort, and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
- Document care and maintain accurate clinical records
- Supervise LNAs/CNAs and support team-based care delivery
- Promote residents' dignity, comfort, and overall well-being
- Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
- Current LPN license in the State of New Hampshire
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
