About This Role
The Observation Unit RN is responsible for interpreting medical care plans, assessing patients, and ensuring safe and competent nursing care. This role is ideal for nurses who are committed to providing individualized care and evaluating nursing practices for patient groups.
Highlights- Pay: $32.29 - $62.57/Hourly
- Location: Dover, NH
- Facility: Wentworth-Douglass Hospital
- Schedule: Part-Time, Day shift
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (current WDH RN's NOT eligible)
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
- Modify patient treatment plans based on responses and conditions.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
- Current RN License in New Hampshire required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS preferred
- NRP preferred
- PALS preferred
