- Schedule: Part-Time, Day shift
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
- Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses and conditions.
Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience: Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
Licenses &
Certifications:
Current RN License in NH required;
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required;
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred;
Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) preferred;
Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification (PALS) preferred
