About This Role

The RN in Labor & Delivery at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is responsible for providing individualized nursing care, interpreting medical plans, and ensuring safe and competent nursing practices. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about maternal and newborn care.

• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Sign on Bonus Available for Full time and Part time positions

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients  medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients  conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients  responses and conditions.

• Education:
• Associate s Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor s Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience:
• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
• Licenses & Certifications:
• Current RN License in NH required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) preferred
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification (PALS) preferred
