About This Role
The RN - Med/Surg position at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is responsible for providing individualized nursing care, interpreting medical plans, and ensuring safe and competent nursing practices. This role is ideal for nurses looking to expand their skills in a busy Med/Surg/Tele unit.
Highlights- Pay: $5,000 Sign on Bonus Available (current WDH RN's NOT eligible)

Full-Time, Night shift
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
Education:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
Certifications:
- Current RN License in New Hampshire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) preferred
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification (PALS) preferred
