At Mass General Brigham, we know that exceptional patient care starts with exceptional people. We are seeking a Nurse Manager, Cardiac Cath Lab to support the continued growth of our expanding cardiovascular service line within a Magnet-designated community hospital recognized for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cath Lab RN who is ready to transition into a leadership role or further advance their nursing leadership career.

The Nurse Manager directs, plans, and coordinates the clinical and operational activities of professional nursing and support staff within the Cardiac Cath Lab. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, supporting staff development and engagement, and fostering a positive, safe, and collaborative work environment. The Nurse Manager may also provide direct patient care as needed.
What You'll DoClinical & Operational Leadership
- Provide overall clinical and operational leadership for the Cardiac Cath Lab
- Coordinate departmental activities with other hospital departments
- Develop and implement staffing plans to support patient care needs
- Support the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care
- Oversee staff onboarding, training, education, and professional development
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Support staff engagement, retention, and professional growth
- Promote a positive environment that is safe for patients, visitors, and staff
- Support initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and operational efficiency
- Encourage best practices and clinical excellence across the department
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and standards

Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience in lieu of degree:
No
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred
- 2–3 years of nursing experience required
- 1–2 years of nursing leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
