We are seeking a Nurse Manager, Cardiac Cath Lab to support the continued growth of our expanding cardiovascular service line within a Magnet-designated community hospital recognized for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cath Lab RN who is ready to transition into a leadership role or further advance their nursing leadership career.

Who We're Looking For

You are a collaborative nursing professional with strong clinical expertise, leadership potential, and a passion for delivering exceptional cardiovascular care. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting teams while driving positive outcomes for patients and staff.

What You'll Do Clinical & Operational Leadership
  • Provide overall clinical and operational leadership for the Cardiac Cath Lab
  • Coordinate departmental activities with other hospital departments
  • Develop and implement staffing plans to support patient care needs
  • Support the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care
Staff Development & Engagement
  • Oversee staff onboarding, training, education, and professional development
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback Quality & Patient Safety
    • Promote a positive environment that is safe for patients, visitors, and staff
    • Support initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and operational efficiency
    • Encourage best practices and clinical excellence across the department
    Additional Responsibilities
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    • Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and standards

    Required Qualifications Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
    • Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
    Experience in lieu of degree:

    No

    Licensure & Certifications
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred
    Experience
    • 2-3 years of nursing experience required
    • 1-2 years of nursing leadership experience preferred

    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care
    • Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations
    • Knowledge of age-specific patient care needs across assigned populations
