• $8/hour Night Shift Differential
• $4/hour Weekend Differential
• Available with an every-other-weekend commitment

This is an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking to build upon their acute care experience while gaining exposure to a diverse patient population and advanced cardiac monitoring and interventions. Our 32–38 bed unit offers a supportive environment focused on clinical excellence, teamwork, and professional development.

• 5:1–6:1 RN-to-patient ratio for Medical-Surgical/Telemetry patients
• Dedicated unit-based Clinical Educator
• House-wide Night Shift Clinical Educator
• Day and Night Clinical Practice Leaders
• Clinical Coach available 7 nights per week
• Resource RN with minimal patient assignment
• Dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) on each shift
• Self-scheduling opportunities
• Strong culture of teamwork, mentorship, and clinical support

As a Registered Nurse on our Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit, you will be responsible for interpreting and implementing the plan of care, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating patient outcomes. You will use your clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care while collaborating closely with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions
• Interpret and implement individualized plans of care
• Modify treatment plans based on patient responses and clinical status
• Accurately screen and triage acute patients

• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
• Monitor patients for reactions or side effects
• Record and communicate changes in patient condition

• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient records
• Document medical information, assessments, and vital signs
• Report symptoms, changes in condition, and patient outcomes

• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in care planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Support a team-based approach to delivering exceptional patient care

• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification preferred
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification preferred

• 0–1 year of clinical nursing experience required
