RN - Observation Unit - Nights

About This Role

The RN in the Observation Unit is responsible for providing individualized nursing care, interpreting medical plans, and making clinical decisions to ensure safe and competent patient care. This part-time night position is ideal for those seeking to contribute to a high-performing healthcare team.

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

• 1+ years of clinical nursing experience required

• Current RN License in New Hampshire required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) preferred
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification (PALS) preferred
