RN - Per diem Wound Care

The Per Diem Wound Care RN at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is responsible for interpreting medical care plans, assessing patients, and providing individualized nursing care in a safe and competent manner.

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

• Education
  :
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience
  :
  • 1 year of clinical nursing experience required
  • 2 years of wound care experience preferred
• Licenses & Certifications
  :
  • Current RN License in New Hampshire required
  • BLS certification required
