About This Role

The OR Registered Nurse at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is responsible for providing individualized nursing care, interpreting medical plans, and ensuring safe and competent nursing practices. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to make a significant impact in patient care.

• Pay: $39 - $53/hour
• Location: Dover, NH
• Facility: Wentworth-Douglass Hospital
• Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (current WDH RN's NOT eligible)

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans based on responses and conditions.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

• Minimum 1 year OR RN experience required

• Current RN License in New Hampshire required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) preferred
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification (PALS) preferred
