About This Role

The Observation/ER RN position at Mass General Brigham involves providing individualized nursing care, interpreting medical plans, and ensuring safe nursing practices. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to work in a dynamic environment during night shifts.

• Pay: $39 - $53/hour
• Location: Dover, NH
• Facility: Wentworth-Douglass Hospital
• Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

• Interpret the plan of medical care and assess patients.
• Make clinical decisions regarding nursing care.
• Ensure nursing care is provided safely and competently.
• Provide individualized nursing care and evaluate care for groups of patients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, document, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans based on responses and changing conditions.

Education:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience:

• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience required

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current RN License in NH required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred
• NRP preferred
• PALS preferred
