About This Role

- Interpret the plan of medical care and assess patients’ clinical needs.
- Ensure nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner.
- Provide individualized nursing care and evaluate nursing care for groups of patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records.
- Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
- Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor, document, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses and conditions.
Education
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- 3 years of clinical nursing experience required
- Oncology experience preferred
- Current RN License in New Hampshire required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS preferred
- NRP preferred
- PALS preferred
