Medication Nursing Assistant; MNA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to join our dedicated team at Langdon Place of Dover. Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on experience + shift differential

• Sign On Bonus: Full Time: $5,000 | Part Time: $2,500

Shifts Available:

• Full Time Day Shift: 7AM - 3PM | 7AM - 7PM

• Part Time Evening: 3PM - 11PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely administer medications and document appropriately

• Assist residents with activities of daily living

• Collaborate with the nursing team to provide exceptional care

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions

• Foster a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff

Qualifications:

• Must Have:
  Current certification as an MNA in New Hampshire

• Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is a plus

• Compassionate, reliable, and team-focused with strong communication skills
