RN -Women & Childrens -Nights

The RN position in Women & Children's Services at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital involves providing compassionate and competent nursing care to patients during night shifts. • Maintain accurate and detailed patient reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions, side effects, and therapeutic responses.
• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor, document, and report symptoms, changes in patients’ conditions, and other significant findings.
• Consult and collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses, conditions, and clinical needs.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

• Current RN License in NH required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred
• NRP preferred
• PALS preferred
