As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Watson Assisted Living
, you’ll make a real impact by:
- Monitoring patient health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assisting residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Supporting and collaborating with our nursing team, physicians, and families to ensure optimal care.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire/Compact.
- Provides evidence of the completion of both any state-mandated training or completes requirements as soon as possible after appointment.
- Candidates must be able to pass a background check
