Mass General Brigham is seeking a Nurse Manager for the OR and Endoscopy at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH. This onsite role directs daily operations, coordinates nursing staff, and ensures high-quality patient care in a surgical environment.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing, an active RN license, and 2–3 years of nursing experience;
Master’s in Nursing and perioperative leadership experience are preferred. BLS/ACLS are desirable and leadership excellence is expected.
