Broadview Animal Hospital is growing, and we're looking for a Full-Time Call Center Representative to join our team in Dover, NH.
This is much more than just answering phones.
Our Call Center team serves as the connection between worried pet owners and the care their pets need. Whether you're helping a client navigate a medical concern, finding an appointment for a sick pet, coordinating medical records, processing prescription requests, or simply being a reassuring voice during a stressful moment, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional care and service.

- Coordinate medical records

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Veterinary hospital
- Medical or dental office or healthcare call center
- Doggy daycare, boarding kennel, or similar animal care environment
- Compassionate and empathetic communicators
- Exceptional on the phone and passionate about customer service
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Positive, dependable, and team focused
