* Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to strengthen warranty performance, translating customer contract requirements into actionable quality strategies.
* Own site Quality KPIs-define targets, monitor performance, and drive data-based actions to improve results and customer satisfaction.
* Champion plant-wide quality improvement initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, implement solutions, and sustain results.
* Lead customer complaint resolution end-to-end, driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, and long-term preventive measures.
* Guide contract and risk reviews with Sales to proactively reduce quality-related exposure and strengthen customer partnerships.
* Serve as the site audit leader-driving internal, external, and customer audits while building a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

* Bachelor degree required.
* 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* 5 years of Quality Experience
* Must be computer proficient in standard Microsoft software programs.
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the function.
* Must have excellent communications skills (oral, written and presentation) skills. Must be able to maintain effective working relationship with associates, managers along with outside business associates and contacts.
