Topolino, or “Little Mouse,” is a casual community-focused all-day restaurant created by Chef Evan Hennessey and inspired by traditional Mediterranean cuisine and culture. A vibrant, colorful space with diverse seating options, including a patio, allows families, couples, single diners, and groups of friends to come together and savor simply executed, quality food and drink, or take out to enjoy at home.
We have spent years working and creating food sourcing systems with local farms to including specific plantings, animal breeding schedules, and monthly payment systems (much like a CSA) to support the farms all year while not taking on a huge bill come harvest time. We know our farmers very well, and visit them frequently to continue our knowledge of their land and practices to help our cooking.

Jobdescription Food/Menu
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and organization standards
- Ensure promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes delivered to guests
- Take ownership and execute station duties to maintain accurate pars, organization, and cleanliness practices
- Ensure production is completed in a timely manner and is in line with restaurant standards
- Respect and care for product to uphold the restaurant’s quality standards
- Cooperate with fellow staff to promote a positive work environment
- Use and maintain kitchen spaces and equipment with respect and professionalism
- Follow guidelines and directions with accuracy to promote consistent practices
- Work with accountability and respect to maintain the hospitality values of Topolino
- Practice effective communication
- Demonstrate punctuality and consistency for scheduled shifts
- Maintain appearance and professionalism
- Starting wage: $22 an hour, paid bi-weekly.
- Raises are based on personal performance review and length of employment.
- Weekly hours requirement: between 30 to 40 hours per week as dictated by business and staffing.
