Do you love powersports and enjoy helping people? We’re looking for a motivated Parts & Service Associate to join our fast-paced, fun, and growing team in Troy, NH! Whether you're a gearhead, a weekend rider, or just great with customers—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
• Use your knowledge to guide customers on parts, gear, and accessories
• Help maintain clean, stocked, and organized parts displays
• Collaborate with sales & service teams to accessorize vehicles
• Cross-sell and upsell gear and accessories
• ️ Assist with inventory procedures and keep everything running smoothly
• Build real relationships with customers who love this stuff as much as you do

What We’re Looking For:

• Powersports experience—whether professionally or wrenching on your own stuff
• Friendly and helpful with strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn dealership software and online tools
• Saturday availability is a must
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Full-time with overtime potential
• Competitive pay: $50K-55K/year based on experience
• Paid time off for vacations and holidays
