Guest Service Associate​/Cashier - Mr. Mikes - Seasonal Flex

Job Summary

Our Guest Service Associate will be responsible for driving top‑notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store‑level tasks.

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in‑stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor‑related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including day, night, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work in intermittent outdoor temperatures.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all areas of the store freely.
• Perform duties in a timely manner.
• Ability to count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support new hire onboarding and training for GSA new employees.

Pay Range: $16.05–$19.26 per hour.
