Schedule: Evening and weekend shifts with varied hours within 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., plus overtime opportunities.

As our full- or part-time Retail Sales Specialist
- Indoor Range Safety Officer, you create welcoming interactions by greeting customers, learning their preferences, and guiding them through product options that meet their needs. You demonstrate merchandise, answer questions, assist with purchase decisions, and retrieve items from inventory or place special orders when required. You process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately while ensuring daily restocking stays on pace with retail expectations.

When assigned to the range, you monitor safe firearm handling, assist with targets and retriever systems, and provide general support to range users. You also prepare firearm transfer documentation and contribute wherever the team needs support.

• 21+ years of age
• Legally allowed to possess or purchase a firearm
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer systems

Although not required, possessing extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold is a plus!

Must have the ability to pass a background check.
