Our Retail Supervisor works evenings, typically from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm

In this role, you'll help improve our day-to-day retail operations by providing high-level training and guidance to empower your team to give their best every day and accomplish real results for the business. You'll be involved in the daily operations and behind-the-scenes leadership functions that keep workdays running smoothly. This includes scheduling employees, onboarding new hires, and evaluating the performance of sales staff and range safety officers.

You'll deliver 1:1 coaching and training to strengthen weak areas, and discipline employees if necessary. Leading by example, you'll enhance our team's sales strategies, product knowledge, and customer service skills!
