Position OverviewSuccessful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member. We are looking for an energetic individual interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and providing remarkable customer service. Responsibilities- Establish and maintain customer relationships, including follow-up as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Assist the agent in identifying and supporting local community events.
- Help manage the agency's website and social media content.

- Competitive compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, plus commission/bonus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Experience with computer applications, especially Windows
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health licenses (must be able to obtain)
