- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a customer service role with a focus on attention to detail
- Proven effective negotiating and closing skills
- Familiarity with sales force automation tools
- Previous experience in a dynamic sales environment
