- Manage an average of 30+ inbound calls per day, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
- Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies
- Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Complete daily assignments, including reading materials, online courses, role plays, exams, and general activities
- Adhere to the employer's employment policies and procedures, including attendance and professionalism in the workplace
- 2+ years of recent sales experience, with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
- Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, handling 30-40 inbound calls per day
- Capability to maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable
- High‑speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 300 MB download/30 MB upload
- Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset is a plus
- Experience in a customer‑facing role requiring full attention in a distraction‑free environment
