Overnight Security Supervisor

Securitas at Lonza is hiring a Full‑Time Supervisor for our Newington, NH security team. A security supervisor oversees a team of guards, ensures facility safety by monitoring surveillance, responding to incidents, training staff, and coordinating with law enforcement while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Ideal candidates are former or current military, law enforcement, or security professionals. Managerial and security experience is preferred, but we provide training and mentorship for candidates with limited experience.

Starting at $23.00/hr.

Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
Monday‑Wednesday: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
40 hrs/week

• Perform the duties of a Security Officer in accordance with post orders and company policy.
• Provide lead direction at assigned client site(s); ensure post orders, rounds, and reports are completed and notify authorities and clients in emergencies.
• Counsel and discipline personnel as appropriate; meet personally with employees and document actions.
• Assist in the training of Security Officers and reviewing post orders.
• Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company.
• Ensure adequate security coverage of all posts in conjunction with management.
• Prepare and submit reports as required.
• Inspect posts, meet with subordinates to outline tasks, and meet with client representatives as needed.
• Perform lead or supervisory duties, including interviewing, orienting, training, planning, directing work, coaching, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, and making hiring and termination recommendations, as applicable.

High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience sufficient to perform the essential functions.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Standard computer/technology skills needed.
• Previous military and/or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Reliable, accountable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation skills preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals professionally.
• Ability to conduct foot and/or mobile patrols in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and alertness.
• Comfortable with access control duties.
• Reliable means of transportation and communication.
• Unarmed security role.
