You are an Experienced Carpenter with strong rough and finish skills who can work with minimal supervision, communicate clearly, and contribute to a clean, well-run jobsite inside clients' homes. You take pride in your work, stay organized, and understand that quality and professionalism matters just as much as efficiency.
Responsibilities- Perform rough and finish carpentry to meet the company's quality standards
- Read and understand blueprints, specs, and job documents; escalate change orders or discrepancies appropriately
- Lay out and install framing, stairs, windows, doors, decking, cabinetry, flooring, drywall, trim, crown, and finish elements with high craftsmanship
- Establish grades for drainage/flatwork and use a transit level when required
- Identify issues early and communicate with the PM/Site Supervisor
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized jobsite at all times
- Support and help train apprentices or less-experienced carpenters
- Protect and maintain company tools; report malfunctions promptly
- Work was completed the first time correctly with minimal oversight and meeting quality standards
- If errors occur, feedback is taken in as an opportunity for improvement and applied to work
- A jobsite that stays clean, safe, and professional
- Clear communication that prevents problems before they happen
- Positive contribution to team morale and jobsite leadership
- 4 or more years of carpentry experience (frame-to-finish preferred)
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and methods
- Able to read plans and execute work independently
- Excellent communication and professionalism on jobsites and in clients' homes
- Physically capable of demanding work (lifting up to 100 lbs, ladders, elevated spaces)
- Comfortable using a smartphone/device for time tracking and communication
- Technical/apprenticeship background preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (insurable)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check upon a conditional offer
- Smartphone/device for jobsite software
- Tools:
You bring your basic carpenter hand tools (hammer, tape, speed square, nail apron, etc.). Major tools are provided by the company. Tool Purchase Program applies.
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Pay: $27 to $35 per hour (based on experience)
- Medical with company contribution, dental, vision & other supplementals
- 401(k) with a match of up to 4%

- Core hours typically 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible as projects require)
