You will serve as a critical field technician driving the successful execution of high-quality substrate preparation and demolition. This role allows you to master specialized infection control and moisture mitigation systems while ensuring flawless foundations for commercial flooring. You will have the autonomy to maximize your earning potential in an environment that rewards efficiency and precision.

• Execute efficient demolition and removal of existing carpet, sheet vinyl, VCT, and ceramic tile.
• Operate specialized floor preparation equipment including ride-on scrapers, shot blasters, and grinders safely.
• Prepare diverse concrete and wood substrates to strict manufacturer specifications for upcoming installations.
• Install critical containment systems and maintain rigorous infection control procedures in occupied healthcare facilities.
• Apply technical moisture mitigation and advanced floor leveling systems to ensure long-term flooring durability.
• Coordinate with project managers and facility staff to minimize disruptions during complex occupied renovations.

• Proven construction, flooring, demolition, or floor preparation field experience.
• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy preparation machinery, power tools, and mechanical hand tools safely.
• Deep physical capacity to lift 75+ pounds regularly and perform continuous labor on knees.
• Strong professional communication skills required for interacting with clients and hospital facility staff.

• Prior experience working within occupied healthcare facilities or active commercial renovation environments.
• Specialized training in OSHA safety protocols and clinical containment strategies.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
