Maintenance Technician

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep of our buildings and facilities. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, takes pride in their work, and has experience with general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, carpentry and electrical work. Reports to the Director of Construction.

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs
• Complete basic plumbing tasks (leaks, clogs, fixture repairs)
• Perform light electrical work (fixture replacement, minor troubleshooting)
• Maintain buildings
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Maintain tools and ensure safe working practices
• Assist with general upkeep and improvement projects

• Experience in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry and basic electrical work
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, climbing, outdoor work)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Flexible availability: early morning, afternoon, and night. Weekends and some overnight work will be required for large projects.

Pay: $35 per hour (based on experience)
