- Perform welding, fabrication, and steel erection work
- Read measurements, blueprints, and project specifications
- Safely operate welding equipment, torches, hand tools, and power tools
- Support material handling, rigging, and installation activities
- Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements
- Basic welding knowledge, training, or certifications
- Looking to develop hands-on field experience
- Experience with structural steel, fit-up, fabrication, or production welding
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a crew
- Advanced welding and ironwork skills
- Ability to troubleshoot field challenges and mentor others
- Welding or ironwork experience (all levels welcome)
- Ability to read measurements and work accurately
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Willingness to travel to project sites throughout New England
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
