Blue Castle Agency is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Dover, NH, to maintain high-end apartment communities across New Hampshire and Southern Maine. Responsibilities include general maintenance work orders, troubleshooting, and coordinating with vendors. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience in maintenance with a strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
