We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position involves installing, replacing, and upgrading HVAC systems while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ductwork
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and installation instructions
• Ensure all installations meet local codes and manufacturer requirements
• Test and troubleshoot newly installed systems
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete job documentation accurately and timely

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• EPA Certification required.
• NH Gas License required.
• Maine Gas License preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
