Dependable Frame-to-Finish Carpenter Needed

We're currently seeking a dependable Frame-to-Finish Carpenter for a new residential home build in Dover, NH. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in quality work and can contribute throughout the construction process, from rough framing through finish work.

Responsibilities
  • Perform residential rough framing, including walls, floors, roofs, and structural components
  • Read and work from plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Install doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and other finish materials
  • Complete interior and exterior finish carpentry
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install materials accurately
  • Assist with general construction tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Work independently while following project plans and contractor direction
  • Take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality workmanship
Qualifications
  • Previous residential carpentry experience required
  • Strong frame-to-finish carpentry skills preferred
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans
  • Comfortable using common hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
  • Ability to stay productive and anticipate job-site needs
  • OSHA/safety training is a plus
