Role OverviewMany homeowners and local businesses in the Seacoast area have a long list of repairs, maintenance tasks, and small projects that they simply do not have the time or specialized skills to complete. As a Handyman with our team, you will be the reliable professional who steps in to solve these problems. You will handle a diverse range of projects—from minor carpentry and drywall repairs to fixture installations—helping our clients keep their properties in excellent shape.
This is a W-2 position designed for skilled tradespeople who love hands‑on work but want to leave the administrative headaches behind. We manage the marketing, scheduling, estimating, and billing, so you can focus entirely on delivering high‑quality craftsmanship and great customer service.

On a Daily BasisReview your daily schedule of pre‑booked jobs dispatched directly to your smartphone / tablet.
Arrive at residential and light commercial properties on time, presenting a professional, friendly image.
Assess the scope of work, explain the plan clearly to the client, and provide accurate timelines.
Complete various tasks such as drywall patching, door adjustments, trim installation, minor plumbing repairs, and light electrical fixture replacement.
Clean up the workspace completely before leaving, ensuring the client’s property is respected.
Over TimeBecome a trusted, go‑to resource for repeat clients in the Seacoast community.
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and positive reviews.
Consistently complete projects within estimated time frames while maintaining top‑tier safety and quality standards.
What You Need to Bring (Must‑Haves)- Multi-Trade
Skills:
Solid, practical experience in home maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, drywall, tiling, and basic plumbing or electrical troubleshooting. - Tools: Your own standard set of hand and power tools fit for daily home repair work.
- Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and a reliable, presentable work vehicle to travel to jobs across the Seacoast region.
- Customer-First Attitude: Excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a respectful demeanor when working in clients' homes and businesses.
- Clear Background: Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Prior experience working as an independent contractor or in a residential service role.
- Advanced skills in a specific trade, such as custom finish carpentry, ceramic tile installation, or deck construction.
- Consistent W-2 Income: Reliable pay with no chasing clients for money or bidding on unpaid leads.
