Adjunct Instructor – Digital Media Technology (Pooled Position)
All faculty positions have as their primary objective to create a dynamic teaching/learning environment for our students, while contributing service to the college. Faculty responsibilities include teaching assigned courses and following the course description and course outline established by the department.
Teaching ResponsibilitiesTeaching schedules may include day/evening courses and online/hybrid instruction and other instructional modalities. In accordance with the Adjunct Faculty collective bargaining agreement (CBA), additional activities may include participation in departmental initiatives, evidence of academic achievements, recognition by professional and community organizations, and other duties.

- Autodesk 3ds Max/ Maya (Animation)
- Digital Video Editing
- Digital Production
Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in an appropriate discipline (Digital Media, Media Studies, or Information Technology) or Master’s in Education with BS/BA in an appropriate discipline required.
Qualifications – ExperiencePrior college or university teaching experience preferred, as evidence of scholarly and/or professional activities. Relevant job experiences may be substituted for a Master’s Degree in selected discipline.
Qualifications – SkillsDemonstrated knowledge of discipline including current developments and technologies in related fields of specialization. Ability to teach lab courses as appropriate. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
