Job SummaryTo teach courses in Music in accordance with the Adjunct Faculty collective bargaining agreement ( CBA ), additional responsibilities may include participation in departmental initiatives, such as assessment, and responding to requests regarding grades, grade submissions, course-related content, andother duties. Adjuncts may also be asked to show evidence of academic achievement and/or recognition by professional and community organizations. Woodwind specialist provides specializedinstruction.
Qualifications- Education
Master’s Degree in Music required.
Qualifications- Experience
Prior college or university teaching experience preferred.
Qualifications- Skills
Demonstrated knowledge of discipline including current developments and technologies in related fields of specialization. Strong verbaland written communication skills. Proficient in woodwindinstruments, particularly saxophone and clarinet.
