Mortgage Servicing Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Servicing Specialist to support the administration and servicing of first mortgage loans. This role is responsible for escrow administration, payment processing, reconciliations, insurance tracking, post-closing review, member support, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage escrow accounts including property taxes, homeowners insurance, and flood insurance
• Perform escrow analysis and ensure timely tax and insurance disbursements
• Process loan payments, payoffs, paid notes, mortgage discharges, and credit disputes
• Complete daily, monthly, and annual reconciliations, reporting, and 1098 processing
• Monitor homeowner and flood insurance coverage; manage force-placed insurance as needed
• Maintain mortgage servicing system records and reconcile secondary market transactions
• Review post-closing loan documents to ensure mortgages are properly recorded
• Respond to member inquiries and support mortgage servicing operations
• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and statement/vendor coordination
• Serve as backup support for home equity, consumer loan servicing, and processing functions

• 1–3 years of mortgage servicing or related experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• NMLS registration required
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of mortgage servicing, escrow administration, and regulatory compliance preferred
