Join our high-energy team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending and apply your knowledge of home lending products to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan. The Home Lending team provides demonstrated knowledge in this area and supports you while you market and promote the financial products offered by Chase. As a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending, you will join a motivated team dedicated to guiding clients to fulfilling the dream of home ownership.
Responsibilities- Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
- Work with bankers, meet with customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
- Collaborate with the team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, , electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts.
- Develop a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories, and function within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
- Establish yourself as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Exhibit consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and understanding of the customer s financial needs, goals, and circumstances.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- FHA/VA sales experience
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
This position is subject to applicable regulatory requirements. It includes investigations of criminal conviction history, credit history, and other information relevant to a determination of fitness for the position. A National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration is required. Candidates must register on NMLS or update existing registration after start date and maintain timely renewals thereafter.
