We are seeking a reliable and flexible Standby Caregiver to provide temporary coverage and support for clients throughout Morris County.

• Cover shifts when regularly scheduled caregivers call out or are unavailable.

• Provide temporary care for new clients until a permanent caregiver is assigned.

• Fill open or short-term shifts based on agency needs.

• Provide compassionate care in accordance with client care plans and agency policies.

• Assist with office or administrative tasks when needed and qualified.

• Remain available for designated standby coverage.

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

• Flexible and willing to assist with changing staffing needs.

• Professional and compassionate.

• Able to communicate availability and schedule changes promptly.
