Wis Engineering, LLC is currently seeking qualified Entry to Mid Level candidates for an short term opportunity supporting Department of Defense programs at Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, NJ.
Preferred experience with US Army and active CAC a plus.

- This is an on-site position 5 days per week at Picatinny Arsenal, Dover, NJ. Remote work is not permitted.

Position Overview
Are you a logistics-minded professional who thrives in an active environment? Wis Engineering, LLC is seeking an energetic Supply Logistics Clerk to join our team at Picatinny Arsenal.
In this role, you won't just be counting inventory-you will assist with daily supply requests, process incoming parts, and utilize Army logistics databases to keep vital DoD programs moving forward. If you enjoy logistics data entry, problem-solving, and working as part of an active team, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Logistics Workflows: Utilize GCSS-Army
, AESIP
, and FEDLOG to process daily transactions, track incoming shipments, and ensure the team has the parts and supplies they need. - Procurement & Support: Assist with processing supply requests, tracking lateral transfers, and inputting daily business updates under organizational guidance.
- Team & Regulatory Support: Help maintain the organization's high standards by assisting with Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) documentation, maintaining unit files, and processing sub-hand receipts in accordance with AR 710-2.
- Gear & Equipment Liaison: Coordinate with the Central Receiving Point (CRP) to verify new equipment arrivals, cross-reference stock numbers (NSNs), and process DD Form 250 documentation.
Target Military Backgrounds:
Perfect for junior-to-mid-career transitioning personnel or current Reserve/National Guard Soldiers (E-1 to E-5) looking for a local role utilizing their military skills:
- 92Y (Unit Supply Specialist) /
92A (Automated Logistical Specialist) - 89A (Ammunition Stock Control Specialist)
- 88N (Transportation Management Coordinator)
- 92Y (Unit Supply Specialist) /
- Familiarity with GCSS-Army data entry and standard Army supply procedures.
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for daily tracking.
